Altona Lacrosse Club is proud to announce our representatives in the U15 Lacrosse National Tournament to be held in Ballarat. The tournament runs from 27-Sep-2023 to 03-Oct-2023.

Lincoln Struhs, Jett Lewer and Jai McGee have all been selected in the Western Metro Team. Lincoln is an outstanding young goalie who just continues to improve. He will be leading the defense of a good Metro Team. Jett Lewer has probably the hardest shot in juniors so expect him to score many goals in attack for Metro and to hear quite a few gasps from the crowd when he lets fly with a long shot. Jai is a busy forward who will be close to the crease and scoring a lot from close range.

The Western Metros will be well-coached by Altona State League star, Lachlan McDonald. Making sure everything runs well is the best team manager in the business, Altona’s Susie Struhs.

Along with our Western Metro representatives we have a fine young midfielder in Ethan Maher playing in the Hurricanes team. This is a young team selected with an eye to the future and no doubt Ethan will be one of their main players.
